Install profiles...Features...Drush Make...Drupal Distributions and related tools are all the rage - as is "productizing" Drupal. But the reality is that there are few examples in our community of Drupal Distributions that are supported by a business model and project management workflow that are "sustainable."

We will look at ThinkShout's Watershed Now and other distributions that are supported by a paid services model. We will discuss the feature planning process for productized distributions, marketing distributions, and how to incorporate distribution management into a service company's overall consulting model.
