In DrupalCon CPH 2010, Dries mentioned that Drupal would become cloud computing platform in future. Yes, it's the time to realize his vision: Cloud module is a Drupal-based cloud computing dashboard (Screenshots: 1 here and 2 here), which allows us to administer multiple clouds such as Amazon EC2, OpenStack, and XCP including cloud management functionalities like server templates, clusters, monitoring, metering, billing, resource allocation, reliability, scalability and etc. It is beyond Drupal as a CMS, it is Drupal as a scalable cloud computing platform.
