Drupal's core product

When we discuss Drupal among our peers there are many qualities we praise, but when they install it they are left wondering how to get all of this awesomeness. Our on ramp into Drupal is to steep, and we have been spending the last few years trying to decrease this.

During this talk Bojhan Somers (UX maintainer of Drupal 7) will sketch the bigger picture of how the decisions we make on target audience, product vs. framework and individual features come together to create a great user experience in Drupal 8.

Enclosing will about how we can create a more sustainable process for the user experience of Drupal, how we create a culture that considers design as a core quality, and how our priorities map against current and future resources.
