In other words, you won't be off in a dark corner pounding out code all of the time -- you'll be an integrated member of the team. That said, you need to LOVE writing and debugging code. We are strong supporters of open source and open standards, and therefore look for people with experience in the LAMP stack, Drupal, and/or Facebook worlds. Other than that, you don't need fancy degrees, you don't need a minimum number of years of formal work experience, you don't need to dress in a special way, and you can use a Mac or PC.
